“It’s one of the most disrespectful things I’ve seen in my entire life in terms of the commitment, lifestyle, and experience it takes to be an NFL coach — any coach — not to mention the head coach of the Indianapolis Soccer team,” Thomas said on Good Morning Soccer. Friday.

“You must be joking that this is something Jim Irsai and Jeff Saturday, who are not to blame for accepting the job, would have spoken and decided it was the best thing for the Indianapolis Colts at this turn of the season.”

From Thomas’ point of view, ponies owner Saturday’s appointment was an insult to the other coaches working towards becoming a head coach in the league.

But Ersay disputed the hiring critics and claimed he was “happy [Saturday] He has no NFL experience.”

Israe added during a press conference following his appointment on Saturday that he was glad the former Colts center lacked fearlessness.

“I’m glad he hasn’t learned the fear that exists in this league because it’s difficult for all of our coaches,” Irsai said via The Score. “They’re afraid, they go to the analytics, and it gets tough… He doesn’t have that fear.”

The Colts’ struggle has been well documented since the unexpected early retirement of quarterback Andrew Lack.

The luck was a four-time Pro-Bowler who helped lead the Colts to four playoff games in his first six seasons.

Since then, the team has started Jacobi Brissett, Brian Hoyer and Philip Rivers, Carson WentzMatt Ryan and Sam Ellinger at the center back. None of those options ended, and many began to wonder if the Colts were planning to lose in hopes of drafting a quarterback in April 2023.

Indianapolis scored at 3-5-1. But Irsai said the appointment of a temporary coach on Saturday does not mean the team will stop playing to win matches this season.

“We’re in that thing; 9-7-1 got us in, no doubt about it. … We’re not in the season. Whoever says these things, we’re not playing [quarterback] not shiny [Ryan] Because [of an effort to tank]… this is not true. We will do what it takes to win. I don’t know who people think we are. They don’t know us. “We don’t mourn in Indianapolis,” Ayersey said.

“My role here is eight games. When this is over, they will do a thorough research and choose who is their best candidate to be the Colts coach. If I think of it, I will be honored. No idea where this thing is,” he told reporters. Not even a little bit.”

“I’m totally comfortable with who I am as a man. I know I can lead men. I know I know the game of football, and I’m passionate about it.
