Venezuelan woman brutally murdered on rooftop

Natalie Paola Montiel (29), a young Venezuelan, was found dead on the roof of a building in Maicao, La Guajira, Colombia.

Department of Justice officials went to the Azalea building at 15th Street and 13th Street where the killing occurred to begin investigations and locate the person responsible.
