Christopher Mintz-Plasse walks into the year 2023 as an engaged man after being proposed to girlfriend Britt Bowman.

After five years of dating, the 33-year-old Superbad star revealed that he popped the question to his other half, who works as a live music photographer, on Christmas Eve with a beautiful diamond ring.

“Life is over!!! ❤️❤️❤️,” he captioned a slideshow of the sweet snap, which began with a selfie of them kissing while she flashed her latest accessory for the camera.

The next photo showed them smiling while holding a spark, before one of them made a toast in their kitchen with his hands wrapped around each other.

Bowman looked beaming with tears in her eyes after agreeing to marry her longtime love while wearing a black and white jacket, black jeans and a nose ring.

Additional photos from the weekend showed them bowling with their friends and Mintz-Plass practicing getting on one knee with his friend Matthew Koma, who is married to Hilary Duff.

She tagged photos from the special day in South Sioux City, Nebraska, but later revealed on her Instagram Story that they were headed on a long road trip after Southwest Airlines canceled their plane.

Mintz-Plasse is best known for appearing in Superbad (2007) as Jonah Hill and friend of Michael Cera’s dorky Fogell, who later earned the nickname McLovin.
