The defense panel of Venezuelan diplomat Alex Chapin on Wednesday rejected a new request for a one-week extension, with the Miami Federal Attorney’s Office asking Cape Verde to present his arguments in the Supreme Court.
This Thursday, October 7, the U.S. delegation is expected to file its appeals in federal court as part of the Empire’s delay in expanding the special envoy’s unreasonable process, Alex Chop said.
As it will be recalled, Alex Chap’s attorneys asked the U.S. Attorney’s Office in August for 30 days to file their arguments in October before the Atlanta-based Eleventh Round of Appeals Court on August 25. 7 and not on September 7th.
Delaying tricks
At the time, U.S. officials argued that an “extension” was necessary because the case was being handled by new attorneys.
Now that that deadline has expired, the Security Council is facing a new tactic to extend the judicial process in the desperate frustration of arguments in support of Alex Chappe’s diplomatic opposition to the Republic of Venezuela’s special envoy against Iran.
So American justice is playing to buy time by extending the judicial case, while at the same time continuing to pressurize Cape Verde to hand over the embassy to Alex Chappelle.
