The Eagles announce their farewell tour with Steely Dan as a special guest

The Long Goodbye will run until 2025

The Eagles will embark on one last tour starting later this year.

Featuring Don Henley, Joe Walsh and Timothy B. Schmidt, with Vince Gill and Deacon Fry, The Long Goodbye for the Eagles will be the culmination of more than 50 years of touring. On the upcoming trip, the band intends to “perform as many shows in each market as their audience demands. The tour is expected to continue until 2025.”

The tour’s initial announcement today includes 13 dates, starting at Madison Square Garden on September 7. Fellow Rock and Roll Hall of Fames Steely Dan will open each show.
