The first opportunity for high school prospects to close scholarships and formally sign National Letters of Intent begins on Wednesday and continues through Friday during the early signing period. The first National Signing Day for the Class of 2023 has arrived, and as we’ve learned over the past three years, the vast majority of the nation’s best players have already made their collegiate decisions by Wednesday. In other words, the early signing period shapes the way the class of 2023 will look across the country in February, especially for some of the top teams in the country.
