Recently, players are fighting for democracy in an online cooperative sci-fi shooter Hell Divers 2 Strange blue laser beams were spotted flying across the sky. Some online are convinced that these blue laser bolts are a sign that a new faction of enemies (seen in… creative Divers) The sequel to the popular PS5 and PC is coming soon.

A little background: Originally from top to bottom Divers Game, there it was Three factions. Two of them are in Hell Divers 2Bugs and robots. Blue lasers are sometimes seen flying across the sky. Other times, players have discovered packs that shoot bugs and bots during missions.

Perhaps most frightening of all, some players have reported and recorded evidence of blue lasers targeting their teammates and eliminating them with a single shot. This is eerily similar to how the Illuminate snipers worked in the first game as well.

Now, there is a counter theory that these blue rays are fair Bullets or lasers bounce off enemies or armored targets. When this happens in-game, the projectiles turn blue and create a blurry path similar to a laser beam, which may explain some of the blue rays seen in various videos online.

However, I'm not convinced that the theory applies to shots that seem to be fired out of nowhere, in areas where there are no enemies or players. It also doesn't explain the shots that appear to fly out of the sky from above to take out a random teammate with precision that seems otherworldly, too.

For now, when playing Hell Divers 2Be careful. While you're out spreading democracy, there may be another hidden alien force watching your every move, ready to snipe you with blue rays. Or maybe we're all just hallucinating Super Earth's Ministry of Truth wants you to believe. I'll leave you to decide.
