The Metropolitan Police of Monterrey, the capital of Nuevo Leon, announced that the accused has been identified as 23-year-old Alfredo Javier 'R'.

The events, the agency explained in an information note to the media, took place on Wednesday inside a spa business in the Roma neighborhood in the south of the city.
