It's all basic, all the time when it comes to Logan Paul, which is the case again when it's time for his match tonight (Sunday, April 7, 2024) Wrestlemania 40 Featured live event at Lincoln Financial Stadium in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He literally sat on a PRIME cannon in the back of a PRIME truck walked into a ring with the PRIME logo in the middle of the mat.
Meanwhile, the actual match, a United States Championship match against Randy Orton and Kevin Owens, had a storyline about everyone hating Paul and wanting to take his title away from him but also wondering whether Orton and Owens could be together forever or no.
Spoiler: they couldn't.
It was going great early, with the two joining forces to hit Paul right in front of the PRIME mascot and his hydration station. The truce ended quickly, though, when Orton went for a sneaky RKO and they just agreed to get rid of it because they inevitably had to anyway.
Streamer IShowSpeed is revealed to be the man in the PRIME mascot suit. He shoved Orton, which led to Randy going hard on him and hitting him with an RKO into the announcer's table, which didn't break.
When things calmed down, Orton hit Owens with an RKO and appeared to win the match but Paul ran in just in time to knock him out so he could hit the frog to score the pinfall and retain the US title.
