The Stellar Blade director advised players to equip Eve with actual clothing, after revealing that the “Skin Suit” would punish players by reducing their ability to block damage.
The Stellar Blade has a nice NSFW look for protagonist Eve, but according to the in-game description of the suit, it punishes players by quietly canceling out their deflector armor. If you're really bad enough to make Eve wear a tight suit, you'll end up paying for it.
Talking to Famitsu In a new interview, Stellar Blade game director Hyung-Tae Kim recommended players actually wear clothes on their Eve when playing the new RPG. “The difficulty of playing will increase dramatically, so I recommend dressing up as much as possible,” Kim said of Eve's Skin Suit. Furthermore, Kim adds that a skinsuit is simply a suit made up of fabric that looks like skin, which is why it spreads so tight over Eve's body.
If you've been itching to try out the new action RPG, we've got good news, because the Stellar Blade demo is now available for PS5 worldwide. Elsewhere recently, Kim recommended turning your TV into game mode if you're having difficulty with the new Stellar Blade demo.
Kim also mentioned that Stellar Blade might get a sequel if it resonates well with players, but we'll have to wait and see how well the game does upon launch to find out more about that.
