The steps are as follows

- Click on the “RIF” icon at the top right of the page.
- Select the “Key Recovery” option.
- Enter your CI number to verify your identity.
- Fill the form with required information.
- Accept the terms and conditions and click “Submit”.

Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an email from SENIAT with instructions to recover your password. Depending on the timing of your request, the recovery process may take 24 to 48 hours.
