Arsenal Women tour the USA for the first time ever | News

Arsenal Women will begin their first ever tour of the United States this summer as part of our pre-season preparations.

The team will be based in Washington, D.C., from August 15-26, with friendly matches against the Washington Spirit of the National Women’s Soccer League and fellow club Chelsea in the Barclays Women’s Super League.

These games will be held at Audi Field on Sunday, August 18 and Sunday, August 25, respectively, with training camp taking place at George Mason University during the visit.

The men’s US tour will follow through Los Angeles and Philadelphia from July 21-31, with tickets still on sale for our matches against… Manchester United And Liverpool.

The tour to the United States by Jonas Edivall and his players comes after a successful trip to Australia that concluded the 2023/24 season. Our first ever game there saw 42,120 fans watch us beat the A-League All Stars Women 1-0 at Marvel Stadium in Melbourne. More than 5,000 fans were also welcomed to an open training session at AAMI Park in Melbourne during the trip.

Our official hotel partner, Hotels.com, will support the women’s team tour by providing accommodation for players and staff.
