Ohio police have released video of the arrest of Frank Tyson, a 53-year-old African-American man suspected of leaving the scene of a traffic accident that left him dead after he repeatedly told officers he couldn't breathe while being restrained. Maidan, last April 18, inform Local media.

After three minutes, they realized something was wrong with Tyson, so they removed his handcuffs and began CPR on him for over 7 minutes until paramedics arrived on the scene and took him to an ambulance.
Tyson was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead an hour later. The police department identified the officers as Beau Shoneck and Camden Burch. reported Wkyc, which has been on administrative leave since Thursday, is under investigation.
