Tiger Woods made history Friday afternoon at Augusta National.
Woods, who scored a 72 in his second round, will safely reach the Masters. That marked his 24th straight cut in a major tournament, which is good for an all-time record. This officially broke the tie with Gary Player and Fred Couples.
Woods will enter the weekend with a one-point lead, which is still well behind Bryson DeChambeau – who entered the day with the lead. DeChambeau holds strong at 7 under midway through the second round, although Scotty Scheffler and Max Homa aren't far behind.
