The discovery was reported by a citizen who passed by, who immediately dialed the police emergency phone and reported the case.

The lifeless body corresponds to the body of a 15-year-old girl who died in the aforementioned municipality.
The woman was struck by a sharp weapon and severely wounded in the neck. The young woman responded to the name Rosemary Andrade and was from Venezuela.
The lifeless body was found in a vacant lot in the Aldos de Alfaro sector at the height of the road that connects the municipalities of El Bango and Magdalena to the municipality of Caesarea, Chimchi.
The victim is the daughter of Jose Andrade, a simple saleswoman in the El Sato fruit and vegetable business.
According to initial information from the departmental police, they found the body of a passerby and immediately called the police emergency service.
Police began searching for images on security cameras mounted near the department to clarify the facts and find the culprit. Similarly, authorities are investigating whether the girl was sexually abused before she was killed.
Jennifer del Toro, a human rights activist and director of the Frente Amplio de Mujeres Foundation in Magdalena, said that by 2021, more than 900 women will be victims of violence in the department, and by 2020 that number will exceed 800; Statistics show that violence against women is on the rise as a result.
