The man accused of shooting Wednesday at a New York subway station, identified as Frank James, was arrested shortly after noon Wednesday, according to police sources quoted by CNN and other media.

According to the chain, the 63-year-old black man was arrested by two agents in Manhattan’s southeastern rural area after a passerby spotted him on the street, took a photo of him and posted a picture on Twitter. Police have not yet released the details.
