Russia on Wednesday threatened to blow up command bases in the Ukrainian capital, Kiev, if the Ukrainian military attacks or sabotages Russian territory.
“We see sabotage attempts and attacks by Ukrainian troops against infrastructure in Russian territory,” Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said in his evening war statement.
He added that if these efforts continue, “the Russian military will continue to carry out attacks on decision-making centers, including Kyiv.”
