Russia threatens to bomb Kiev if Ukraine attacks Russian territory again

Russia on Wednesday threatened to blow up command bases in the Ukrainian capital, Kiev, if the Ukrainian military attacks or sabotages Russian territory.

“We see sabotage attempts and attacks by Ukrainian troops against infrastructure in Russian territory,” Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said in his evening war statement.
