Lisa knows the draft is just the beginning for her son.
“I am thrilled with the fact that it continues to grow and improve,” Lisa said. “That’s what you’ve always wanted for your son or any athlete, and I think the team as a whole has done that. I think he did his work and his hard work to make a difference in the team and to improve his skill level.”
Brown averaged 14.1 points, 6.5 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game in his junior season, all of which were career highs. His prowess in rebounding and defending helped propel the Jayhawks to victory in the National Championship.
