Mario Kart 8 Deluxe will be packed with new and old racers with the launch of Wave 2 Booster Course Pass later today on Switch!
finally revealed last week After much fan speculation, Wave 2 brings eight more spins to Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, in addition to the first eight spins Wave 1 brought us back in March.
Update drops in Today 3 pm GMTSo get ready to jump back into the driver’s seat. No official times have been confirmed for other regions, but we suspect it will be around the same time across the board.
In case you forgot what courses are added in Wave 2, well, we’ve got you covered:

- Minute Tour of New York (Mario Kart Tour)
- SNES Mario Circuit 3 (Super Mario Kart)
- N64 Calamari Desert (Mario Kart 64)
- DS Waluigi Pinball (DS Mario Kart)
- fan cup
- Sydney Sprint Tour (Mario Kart Tour)
- GBA Snow Land (Mario Kart: Super Circuit)
- Wii Mushroom Gorge (Mario Kart Wii)
- Sky high sundaes
Of particular note is the recent cycle in the Fan’s Cup, Sky high sundaesIt’s a completely new course. While all other 7 returning paths have been added to the mobile game Mario Kart TourSky-High Sundae debuts in Deluxe before making its way to your phones.
Remember, if you have a subscription to the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pass, you will have access to these new courses for free. If not, and you haven’t already purchased a Booster Course Pass, you can get it now!
