Koromoto Godoi presented his credentials as ambassador to the King of Spain

Coromoto Godoy presented his credentials on Wednesday, recognizing him as Venezuela’s ambassador to Spain.

He did it before King Felipe VI, as the Venezuelan Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported on its social networks.

In this way, after the impasse created after Spain recognized Juan Guaidó as “President of Venezuela”, the two countries begin to normalize their relations.

With the officialization of Godoi, they hope for a “resumption of friendly and cooperative relations”.

Godoi said through his social networks that he “felt great joy listening to the Royal Band playing the famous notes of our National Anthem in the courtyard of the Royal Palace’s Armory”.
