“Every day you spread (…) that foreigners are the ones who commit attacks, robberies and other crimes every day, that’s why we need to reform the immigration law, look at this migration problem ( .. ..) 800,000 Venezuelans, many Haitians, have entered, and they are the ones unfortunately doing these things,” Boluarte emphasized.
