Candidate reactions

After the second round of the presidency between Pedro and Hernandez came into effect, representatives of the political coalition highlighted the development of election day.

Senator Roy Barreras and the Pedro campaign adviser thought of the success of the historic agreement on long-term political structures, saying, “Colombia has changed. The shocking failure of the old political structures.”

For his part, Hernandez released a video in which he stressed that he would fight corruption and promised not to deceive his constituents, saying, “Today they have lost the Shiva they thought would be the government forever. I know the need to unite on the path of change that is clear and strong. “
