Google considers Android 13 Beta 4.1 a “minor update”. Four issues are addressed with this update:
- Fixed an issue that prevented an app from enabling or disabling Bluetooth if it did not have
BLUETOOTH_CONNECT
So, even though the app was targeting the API level where permission is not required. (Issue 232107689) - Fixed issues that sometimes caused the device to crash and restart when connected to certain WiFi networks. (Issue 237308339And the Issue 237886229And the Issue 237878437)
- Fixed an issue where Meet would drop while driving.
- Fixed an issue where the system could incorrectly interpret GPS data.
The Beta 4 didn’t see any major user-facing changes as Google ended the Beta program ahead of the consumer launch of Android 13 in the coming weeks on Pixel phones.
