As a result of the Public Ministry charge, the three were sentenced to 19 years and 3 months in prison for sexually abusing a 14-year-old girl.

The relatives went to the GNB command to register a complaint.
After investigative work and confirmation of the truth, the men were arrested and placed under the orders of the Ministry of Public Affairs.
During the investigation, the 8th Prosecutor’s Office of the aforementioned jurisdiction approved the indictment of the aggressors for the crimes of sexual violence and conspiracy.
The trial court of Yaragui 1 passed the above sentence against three subjects detained in the judicial penitentiary of that state.
