3 people who raped a young girl have been sentenced to 19 years in prison

As a result of the Public Ministry charge, the three were sentenced to 19 years and 3 months in prison for sexually abusing a 14-year-old girl.

Such a situation occurred on November 25, 2017 in the 5 de Julio sector of the municipality of Manuel Monge in the state of Yaragui.

Early that morning, the victim was at a party with some relatives when one of the assailants approached her on the false pretext that her sister was looking for her and offered to accompany her. was

Later, the aggressors shifted the teenager to a ditch where they removed her clothes and started touching her on various parts of her body, they abused her anus and vagina.

After the fact, the young woman went to the party and told her family what had happened.

The relatives went to the GNB command to register a complaint.

After investigative work and confirmation of the truth, the men were arrested and placed under the orders of the Ministry of Public Affairs.

During the investigation, the 8th Prosecutor’s Office of the aforementioned jurisdiction approved the indictment of the aggressors for the crimes of sexual violence and conspiracy.

The trial court of Yaragui 1 passed the above sentence against three subjects detained in the judicial penitentiary of that state.
