in the heart of Manahattan's financial district
Initially
located on the 55th Floor of One World Trade Center, this downtown
conference center was designed as a training venue for the Port
Authority of New York and New Jersey. In 1997 Pace University
acquired the property as headquarters for the World Trade Institute,
providing business training in international trade and commerce.
Following September 11, the Downtown Conference Center was relaunched

Parking
When you reach the area there are two
independantly owned parking garages. One parking garage is located
on Ann street between William and Nassau streets. The second parking
garage is located on Beekman between William and Nassau streets.

Follow exit for William Street, walk north
and 157 William Street will be on your
left side.

Street
Exit subway at Fulton and William Street.
Walk north on William Street, 157 William Street will be on your
left side.
5 or 6 to Brooklyn-BridgeCity
Hall (Centre Street)
Follow exit signs for Municipal Building,
you will exit directly in front of Pace University, Main Campus.
Walk south and make a left on Beekman. When you see New York University
Downtown Hospital, make a right in front of
the hospital and continue walking, you will be on William Street.
157 William Street is on the right side of the street.
R or W to City Hall - Exit
subway and follow directions from Brooklyn Bridge/City Hall above.
BY PATH TRAIN FROM NEW JERSEY
Take the PATH Train from New Jersey to the World Trade Center.
Follow exit signs to street. Walk straight on Fulton Street (St.
Pauls Chapel will be on your left) for 4 blocks. Make a left onto
William Street. Walk one block to the corner of William and Ann
St. 157 William Street will be on your left side.
East River Drive (FDR)
Take the East River Drive south to
the Brooklyn Bridge/Civic Center exit. As you exit, keep right
and take the right fork to the Civic Center and you will be led
onto Robert F. Wagner Place. Turn left onto Pearl Street, travel
under the overpass and immediately right onto Frankfort Street.
Travel Frankfort Street to the traffic light and turn left onto
Gold Street. The Pace University Campus is on your right, at the
corner of Gold and Spruce Streets. Turn right onto Spruce Street
until you reach Park Row. At the intersection make a left onto
Ann Street, where you will find 2 parking garages.
Broadway
Follow Broadway south past City Hall
(on your left). After City Hall, make a slight left onto Ann Street,
then a left onto William Street. There are 2 parking garages in
the area.
Staten Island and Brooklyn Battery
Tunnel
Take the tunnel to Manhattan. Follow
the East River (FDR) north to Exit 2 Brooklyn Bridge/Civic Center.
Follow the ramp to Park Row exit and at the light proceed straight
ahead onto Ann Street then turn left onto William Street. There
are 2 parking garages in the area.
From Southern New Jersey (Holland
Tunnel)
From Southern New Jersey the best way
to enter the city is by way of the Holland Tunnel. You will need
to use the New Jersey Turnpike Exit 14. Notice that Exit 14 is
made up of 14A, 14B & 14C. Follow Exit 14 all way to the end
bypassing Exit 14 a, b & c, there will be a toll both at the
end. After the toll booth follow signs which will direct you to
the Holland Tunnel. Drive through the tunnel entering NYC. Once
you exit the tunnel you will need to use Exit #3 heading toward
Brooklyn, make a slight left onto Beach Street which will become
Walker St. Take Walker to Broadway turn right onto Broadway heading
south. Follow Broadway south past City Hall (on your left). After
City Hall, make a slight left onto Ann Street, then a left onto
William Street. There are 2 parking garages in the area.
From the Lincoln Tunnel
Approaching the Lincoln Tunnel you
will need to take I-495 E ramp following signs toward Lincoln
Tunnel/NYC. Drive through toll & Tunnel entering into NYC.
Once exiting the Lincoln Tunnel stay straight onto Dyer Avenue
and take that to W 34th Street. Turn left onto 34th Street all
the way to the end which is 12th Ave/West Side Hwy. Turn left
onto West Side Hwy/12th Ave and take that appoximately 2 ½
miles to Chambers St. Turn left onto Chambers St and go approximately
½ to Broadway. Turn right onto Broadway. Follow Broadway
south past City Hall (on your left). After City Hall, make a slight
left onto Ann Street, then a left onto William Street. There are
2 parking garages in the area.
From the George Washington Bridge
(Northern New Jersey)
From I-80 East you will follow the
signs to the George Washington Bridge where I-80 East will turn
into I-95 north which will take you over the GW Bridge. Take the
1st exit off the Bridge merging onto NY-9A South/West Side Hwy
South go south approximately 10 miles till you reach Chambers
St. Turn left onto Chambers St and go approximately ½ to
Broadway. Turn right onto Broadway. Follow Broadway south past
City Hall (on your left). After City Hall, make a slight left
onto Ann Street, then a left onto William Street. There are 2
parking garages in the area.
