Each showcase participant will receive a standard draped table, electricity and space for a "poster session" type of demo space. No larger booth spaces will be available. We'll provide more details on the layout and other arrangements soon, but the intention is not to have you focusing on an intense setup for this event, but simply to provide an opportunity for attendees to have some hands-on with a sampling of your technology or solutions in a relaxed evening cocktail session.
Preference will be given based upon the order of the requests received. Holds of up to 1 business day may be placed on a specific sponsorship or combination, and you should not hesitate to contact us to discuss your intentions or confirm availability. Diamond sponsorships provide top visibilty for the event promotion, on the website and on the front cover of the proceedings, as well as receive 3 registrations for the conference. In addition, Diamond sponsors receive a top priority evening showcase position, along with the opportunity to provide two promotion pages in the conference proceedings, make two literature "seat drops" during assigned times during the conference and receive a 100 word descriptive in the binder. Your company will receive broad acknowledgement during your selected function, including table signage. Platinum sponsorships provide prominent visibilty for the event promotion on the website and at the front of the proceedings, as well as receive 2 registrations for the conference. In addition, Platinum sponsors receive a priority evening showcase position, along with the opportunity to provide one promotion page in the conference proceedings, make one literature "seat drop" during your seletec function times during the conference and receive a 30 word descriptive in the binder. Your company will receive broad acknowledgement during your selected function, including table signage. Gold sponsorships provide an enhanced visibilty to add on to your evening showcase participation. Gold sponsors receive 2 registrations to the event, and are included in the Gold Sponsor section on several key pages of the conference site, in addition to receiving acknowledgement in a section of the conference proceedings. If your company is planning to exhibit, or will have at least 2 people in attendance, a Gold Sponsorship will provide you some key benefits without any additional cost.
