July 3, 2012... DETROIT-- Viper Networks, Inc., is pleased to announce that the Company has been working with Apollo Metro Solutions on critical designs for an 'Advance LED Street Lighting System.'

Since Viper Networks is striving to develop large scale LED commercial business in both the private and public sector, including potential orders from government municipalities, the Company is building another key relationship by targeting an 'Advance Street Lighting System' for streetlights and parking lot lighting.

The Company anticipates that their successful design completion for a new street lighting system will also work with recently created streetlight landscape LED products from LEDs America, another Florid-based firm that Viper Networks has been working closely with on several levels.

Apollo Metro Solutions, Inc., expects to commence building a manufacturing facility for certain LED products and/or LED Advance Street Lighting System for in-house production capabilities in Florida prior to year end.
