Retail Display Cases Get a Sleek New Look with D-LED Luminaires and Luxeon LEDs
August 26, 2010... An Israeli jewelry store, Royalty Jewelry, a 430-square-foot boutique in Tel Aviv’s Ramat Aviv Mall, has incorporated new LED-based under-cabinet and in-cabinet fixtures to transform the store. The new LED-based fixtures measure merely 1/10th the height of comparable non-LED luminaires. The store's new showcases have a sleek, more open appearance with better product lighting. The New fixtures from D-LED Illumination Technologies boast 85 percent less power consumption.
D-LED created the Source Linear System fixtures in collaboration with LED solution specialist Future Lighting Solutions. They have an ultra-slim 49mm wide x 24mm high (1.9” x 0.9”) profile. This slim size stems from the small Luxeon Rebel package combined with D-LED’s no-secondary-optic design.
